How a Wholesale Order Works

1. Enquiry. Tell us your target market, the formats you are interested in, and your estimated volume. We confirm availability and give you a price indication.
2. Samples. Request product samples before committing to a container order. We send samples to qualified buyers at no charge.
3. Quotation. You receive a formal quotation covering product price, incoterms, lead time, and available documentation. Standard terms are FOB or CIF. DDP available on request.
4. Order confirmation. Confirm your order with a purchase order and deposit. We schedule production and send you an estimated ready-to-ship date.
5. Shipment and documentation. Full documentation pack included: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of analysis, health certificate, Halal certificate, and copies of all relevant certifications.

Export and Logistics

We ship in 20ft and 40ft containers to all major international ports. Because the product is shelf-stable and needs no refrigeration, sea freight costs are considerably lower than chilled or frozen beverage alternatives.

• Europe: 4 to 6 weeks

For first container orders, plan for a total lead time of 8 to 12 weeks from order confirmation to goods in your warehouse. That covers production (3 to 5 weeks), loading, and sea freight. Established partners with confirmed repeat schedules often reduce this.

Incoterms

We quote FOB and CIF as standard. FOB means you arrange and pay freight from the origin port. CIF includes freight and insurance to your destination port. DDP is available on request for certain markets.

Labelling

Standard labels are in English. Market-specific labels in Arabic, French, Spanish, German, Romanian, Turkish, and other languages are available for qualifying volumes. Give us your local compliance requirements early in the process so labelling does not become a delay.

A: For the 250ml can packed 24 per carton, a 20ft container holds approximately 1,600 to 2,000 cartons depending on pallet configuration. Contact us for the exact pallet plan for your chosen format before calculating landed cost.

Q: What is the shelf life?

A: 18 months from production date for the 250ml can and 1L PET bottle. 12 months from production date for the 290ml glass bottle formats. Specify your minimum remaining shelf life requirement in your purchase order. We quote shelf life from production date, not dispatch date.

Q: Where are the products manufactured?

A: Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, and Turkey. All four manufacturing locations operate under GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 certification. Having production across four countries gives us supply resilience if one facility has a disruption.

Q: Can I mix different SKUs in one container?

A: Yes. You can combine formats and flavours within a single container. Contact us to discuss minimum quantities per SKU within a mixed load.
